ABOUT THE FOX CREEK FARM NEIGHBORHOOD

The Subdivision - located between Weld County Road 1 and Pace (East/West)  and 17th Street and Mountain View (North/South)

  • The total number of homes built in two series (the Heritage and the Celebration Series):  469
  • Homes in each series are easy to identify.  For the Heritage, homes have brick or stone over the garage doors and, less obviously, roof overhangs on the sides.  The Heritage series occupies the eastern half of the subdivision, and the Celebration series occupies the western half.
  • A total of 18 models were built.  Six models were built in both series:  the Manitou, Redstone, Sierra, Telluride, Keystone, and Silverthorne models.
  • Building in the subdivision began in 1996 and was completed in 1999

Homeowners Association

  • The HOA Management company for Fox Creek Farm is Flagstaff Management
  • The HOA produces a hand -delivered newsletter each month and has an up-to-date website.  The website is www.foxcreekfarm.org
  • The contact person at Flagstaff Management is Francie Orvis - 303-682-0098
  • The homeowner's fee is $120 annually
  • A $200 working capital reserve is collected at the time of purchase and held until the sale of the property, at which time it is returned to the owner/seller
  • A $250 transfer fee is assessed at the time of sale of the property
